Field Trip Permission forms

Permission slips for our field trip to Clark’s Elioak Farm (Tuesday,  

Oct. 28th at 10am) will be coming home with your child this week.   

Please check your child’s backpack for it.  I would like these  

completed slips and the money by Friday, Oct. 17th.  Please put the  

check and permission slip in an envelope and return to school.  The  

teachers will make sure it gets in my mailbox.  If you have any
