Fundraising Update

Dear CTP Families,

 

Our fundraiser for Kidstuff Books ended on 10/3. Thank you to all the families who participated. Those of you who ordered more than one book will be getting your books next Monday  for 3’s/Pre-K & Tuesday for the 2’s. In addition, I need all books returned from those of you who did not participate. If you still want to participate, please let me know right away.

 

The Original Works fundraiser kicked-off this week. All classes should receive their “Parent Package” of information today and Wed. Each package includes a product brochure, an order form, and a customized letter in a poly bag that details info about the program. Participants can use the artwork students create in school or they can do their own at home. Here are the most important details to remember:

 

    * Artwork needs to be done on 8″ x 10 1/2″ paper – no exceptions. Note this is NOT a standard paper size. Larger or smaller sizes will not be processed.

    * Artwork needs to be labeled on the back in pencil with student’s name, school, grade, & teacher.

    * Please be sure all artwork is marked with a “T” on the back of the art to indicate the top.

    * No glitter, metallic material(paint, paper, stickers, pens),  3-D objects(wiggly eyes pipe cleaners, cotton balls, pom-poms etc.), fluorescent colors, abrasive materials(sandpaper, sand, hardened glue), or hole punches .

    * No copyrighted images or text(studio photos, trademarks of chartacters such as Dora, Barbie, Snoopy, etc.).

    * Each order due on Friday 10/24 should include: 1. One completed order form for EACH artwork(We will       have extra forms at school). 2. Payment by check to CTP. 3. Original artwork.

    * All orders are expected to be returned before the holidays.
