Dear Parents:

The 3’s and 4’s classes are enjoying our activities leading up to our Halloween Party and even the weather changes are obvious as we discuss FALL and the changing leaves, temperatures and clothing we wear.  THANKS for all the party supplies for our Halloween party.

We will continue with the season as we prepare for Thanksgiving with cards, and stories of the holiday. We will study the letters F and G, discuss VOTING and elections, and introduce shapes around the room and in our environment.

The 3’s have two birthdays to celebrate…Emily and Kamran turn 4 in November.

We will be holding conferences on Friday, November 14th.  There will be a sign up sheet on the door and each family may choose a brief 15 minute time to meet with the teachers.  There will be no AM or PM class that day and you may sign up for a convenient time. PLEASE be prompt so we do not get off the tight schedule we will have for the day. Thank you.

The GENERAL MEETING will be held before conferences on Wednesday, November 12th. We will discuss some community projects for the classes for December.

REMEMBER: with temperature changes come cooler children…please send a sweater and appropriate “extra clothes” in case of emergency. Also bring hats and gloves each day as we hope to go outside even for a sort run around.

Have a wonderful Thanksgiving. School will be closed Wednesday through Sunday, November 26 – 30th.  December is a very short school month so we will be busy with fun activities.
