Children’s Time Preschool is a private, non-profit and cooperative preschool in Columbia, Maryland which is owned and operated by parents. We hold a certificate of approval from the Maryland State Department of Education for non-public schools. Our school is administered by an elected Executive Board of parents in cooperation with teachers, aides and parent committees. Parents are actively involved in all phases of the operation of the school which includes assisting in the classroom (co-oping).
